The purpose of this research is to examine the difference in the reaction of PITR(Person In The Rain)
test regarding stress and stress coping resources between college students with disabilities and without
disabilities. The data of this study was obtained from general college students and college students with
disabilities which studied in college located in the P city, Gyeongi-Do. 85 college students were selected,
42 of them were college students, and 43 of them were college students disabilities. Excluding 5 copies of
drawing not suitable for the analysis, 80 copies of drawing(40 general college students and 40 with
disabilities) were analyzed. Data was processed by SPSS WIN 21.0 program and t-test.
The result of this study is as follows. First, the stress difference in the reaction of PITR between
college students with disabilities and without disabilities was not significant statistically. Second, the
difference of stress coping resource in the reaction of PITR between college students with disabilities and
without disabilities was significant statistically. this results indicate that since college students with
disabilities have less stress coping resource, even faced with the same amount of stress as a college student,
college students with disabilities can not adequately deal with the stress. Finally, we discuss the
implications and limitations of this study.
