The research is to investigate the effectiveness of positive psychological program on self-efficacy, hope and happiness of adolescents and to contribute development of our society by overcoming stress based on growth. The research is One-group pretest-posttest design that is designated to investigate 32 adolescents’ self-efficacy, hope and happiness under the positive psychological program conducted for 16 weeks from Mar. 3rd 2010 to Jun 30th 2010. The data analysis were conducted in ways that general traits of subjects were analyzed with frequency test and pretest and posttest were analyzed with paired t-test. Pretest and posttest average score increased from 3.24 to 3.47, showing statistically significant modification(t=-2.706, p=0.013). Pretest and posttest average self-efficacy and hopescore increased from 2.98 to 3.03 and 3.35 to 3.43 respectively, showing relatively less significant upward trends. The given positive psychological program has favorable effect on adolescents’ self-efficacy, hope and happiness. Therefore it is required to lead them to deal with their stresses and manage effectively.
