The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of leisure utilization on the effect of the working environment of a hair designer on job stress. The working environment was used as an independent variable, job stress as a dependent variable, and leisure use as a parameter. A study was conducted on 232 hair designers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. First, the peer relationship of the working environment and the working environment had a static effect on leisure utilization. Colleagues and working conditions in the working environment had a negative impact on job stress. Self-development, leisure, and emotional stability of leisure use had a negative effect on job stress. Second, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of leisure utilization on the effect of the working environment on job stress, leisure utilization showed a partial mediating effect on the effect of the work environment of the hair designer on job stress. As a change in working environment, it is necessary to systematically reduce working hours through the use of a five-day work week, monthly, and annual. A mentoring system should be introduced. At the company level, there is a need for support for club activities.
