From this study, when comparing the three different dead-bug exercise meth- ods, it had been found that the abdominal muscle activity was the highest with the upper and lower extremity dead- bug exercise. Souza et al. [6] observed a significant increase in rectus abdominis and oblique muscle activity when sub- jects performed the dead-bug exercise with the additional weight of the upper and...
