문자 및 Image Pattern Matching을 위한 Algorithm과 그 응용

본 고는 image의 pattern을 identify하기 위해 그 image data의 FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)를 취한 후 에너지 스펙트럼의 크기를 폐적분한 값으로 부터 original input object와 비교대상의 object에 대한 mean square error 값의 차이를 시뮬레이션한 결과 얻은 threshold value와 비교함으로써 matching 을 구현하기 위함이다. Vax11-780/vms와 Fortran77 Language를 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 Tektronix graphic terminal이 digitized된 이미지의 모니터용으로 사용되었다. -

본 논문은 DPI (deep packet insepction)를 위한 CAM (content-addressable memory)과 병렬의 비트 분리(bit-split) 문자열 매처(matcher)를 이용한 2단의 문자열 매칭 엔진의 구조를 제안한다. 긴 타겟 패턴은 같은 길이의 서브 패턴으로 잘라지게 되고, 각 서브패턴은 1단의 CAM에 매핑된다. CAM으로부터의 매칭 인덱스의 시퀀스를 사용하여 2단에서 긴 패턴의 매칭 여부를 알 수 있다. CAM과 비트 분리 문자열 매처를 사용하여 이 기종의 메모리를 사용했을 경우에 메모리 요구량을 크게 줄일 수 있다. -

Chemometric analyses showed the best performance by the implementation of PCA-LDA supervised classification algorithms applied over Raman spectrum data with 100% of performance in metrics of classifiers (sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, negative and positive predictive value) that allowed us to differentiate Cmm from other endophytic bacteria (Bacillus and Pantoea).
