Phase Shift Position Modulation) 변조는 PSK를 기반으로 하여 PPM 변조를 결합한 방식이다. Self-phase modulation (SPM)에 의해 발생한 Chirp에 의해 향상된 전송 특성을 고려하여 송신단에서의 $alpha$ 계수를 재정의 하였다. $alpha$ 계수는 stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS)을 무시할 수 있는 12.5dBm의 광입력으로 인한 SPM 현상이 존재하는 경우 송신기 자체의 $alpha$ 계수에 비해 약 1 정도 줄어들었다. 이와 같이 $alpha$ 계수의 감소는 송신기에서 $alpha$ 계수가 positive던지 negative던지 간에 전송 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. However, overexpression of TonEBP did not affect adipogenesis after the initiation of differentiation. Furthermore, TonEBP expression suppressed mitotic clonal expansion and insulin signaling, which are required early for adipocyte differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells. of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), TGFβ1, and pSmad2, and markedly decreased Dcn expression levels, were observed in LPS-stimulated H9C2 cells. Interestingly, NecroX-5 supplementation effectively attenuated the increased expression levels of TNFα, TGFβ1, and pSmad2, as well as the decreased expression of Dcn. Thus, our data demonstrate potential anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects of NecroX-5 against cardiac HR injuries via modulation of the TNFα/Dcn/TGFβ1/Smad2 pathway. -
