본 연구는 교원 및 교직환경 국제비교조사(Teaching and Learning International Survey, 이하 TALIS) 2018 자료를 사용하여 우리나라 중학교 교사의 교직 이탈(teacher attrition) 가능성 예측요인을 분석하였다. 교직 이탈 가능성은 선행연구에 근거하여 향후 5년 이내에 교직을 떠나고 싶은 여부로 조작적 정의되었다. 분석결과에 따르면, 우리나라 중학교 교사들 가운데 교직 이탈 가능성이 있는 교사들의 비율은 약 25%였다. 그러나 교직 이탈 가능성은 연령대별로 큰 차이를 보였다. 구체적으로, 20대 교사의 교직 이탈 가능성... -
