Cis-dichlorodiammine platinum II (Cisplatin), an effective chemotherapeutic agent, induces acute renal failure by unknown mechanisms. 간-부분절제후 재생과정에서 간 polyamine 대사에 교감신경계가 촉진적으로 간여하는지를 확인하기 위하여 본 실험을 시행하였다.
