본고는 초등학교 음악 교과서의 육자배기토리 수록 내용의 문제점을 지적하고 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 논의된 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 육자배기토리는 ‘미라도-도시라미’의 음계이며, ‘종지음’, ‘꺾는 음’, ‘떠는 음’ 정보를 기보해주어야 한다. 둘째, 육자배기토리의 주요 구성음은 ‘미라도’의 3음으로 소개되어야 한다. 셋째, 꺾는 음의 표기는 ‘도-시’를 모두 표기하는 것을 원칙으로 해야 한다. 넷째, 떠는 음 표기는 앞에 ‘C’형을 붙이지 말고 고르게 떠는 형태로 그려주어야 한다....
