The oral pharmacokinetic parameters of VP-0502AL were calculated to be: maximum concentration time (tmax) 2.7 h; Cmax 0.2 ?g/ml; elimination half-life (t1/2): 0.8 h; and AUC 0.5 ?g · h/ml. The efficacy of metoclopramide for preventing organophosphate insecticide-induced (diazinon) toxicosis was evaluated in 7~14 days old chicks.
