본 연구는 소비자가 영화 공식 SNS를 통해 영화관련 정보를 탐색할 때 팔로워의 영화에 대한 정보품질과 정보신뢰성이 소비자의 정보만족과 영화에 대한 관람의도와 구전의도 에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영화 공식 소셜 네트워크 서비스 내 팔로워들의 정보품질의 경우 정보신뢰성(가설 1), 정보만족(가설 2), 관람의도(가설 3)에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었으나 구 전의도(가설 4)에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영화 공식 소셜 네 트워크 서비스 내... -
