In this study, apoptosis was induced by new type gosling viral enteritis virus (NGVEV) in experimentally infected goslings is reported in detail for the first time. adenocarcinoma cell line A549 in a xenograft model. Kv1.1 mRNA and protein was expressed in A549 cells and the blockade of Kv1.1 by DTX-ĸ, reduced tumor formation in nude mice. Furthermore, treatment with DTX-ĸ significantly increased protein expression of p21, p27, and p15 and significantly decreased protein expression of cyclin D3 in tumor tissues compared to the control.
