The GacS/GacA system in the root colonizer Pseudomonas chlororaphis O6 is a key regulator of many traits relevant to the biocontrol function of this bacterium. Proteomic analysis revealed 12 proteins were down-regulated in a gacS mutant of P. chlororaphis O6. ASM 모델에서는 유기물을 특성에 따라 분류하는데, 일반적인 COD와 BOD로의 분류로는 ASM에서 요구하는 조건 을 충족시키지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 하수종말처리장 수처리 및 슬러지 처리 계통 하수를 대상으로 미생물 호흡률을 기반으로 하여 ASM에서 요구하는 유기물 분류에 대한 실시하였다. 분석 결과 유기물 성상 분석 결과 각 하수마다 유 기물 구성에서 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 각 공정의 하수를 처리할 때 반드시 파악해야 하는 중요한 하수 특성이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 규명한 각 하수별 유기물... -

같은 기간동안 제 1대조군과 제 2대조군에는 각각 10% skim milk 수용액과 ethylene thiourea 40mg/kg을 경구투여하였다. 임신 29일에 모든 모동물을 도살하여 모체와 태자를 검색하였다. 시험기간중 제 2대조군에서는 사료섭취량이 유의성있게 감소되었다 (P<0.01). 시험결과 황체수, 착상수, 생존태자수, 태자의 성비, 태자 및 태반중량에 있어서 각 군간 유의성있는 변화가 관찰되지 않았으며 태자의 외형검사, 애부장기 및 골격 검사에서도 군간 유의성있게 변화가 관찰되지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 본 시험에서 채택한...
