본 연구는 남자 청소년 태권도 선수들의 건강보조물 섭취와 도핑인식을 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 J도내 남자 중·고교 태권도 선 수 152명을 모집단으로 선정하여 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. ‘건강보조물을 섭취하면 운동능력이 향상 된다’가 92명 (60.5%)로 나타났으며, ‘건강보조물은 꼭 필요하다’ 88명(57.9%)으로 조사되었다. ‘건강보조물은 인체에 이로운 물질만 있다’의 질문에 ‘아니다’라고 응답한 학생들이 118명(77.6%), ‘건강보조물을 많이 섭취해도 인체에 무관하다’ 103명(67.8%)의 학생들이... -
