초등학교 교사에 대한 학부모와 학생의 요구 분석
이현화, 김회용 부산대학교 교육발전연구소 교육연구 30 Pages

the decay of Kv3.1 current. The paroxetine-induced inhibition of Kv3.1 channels was voltage-dependent even when the channels were fully open. The binding (k+1) and unbinding (k–1) rate constants for the paroxetine effect were 4.5 µM–1s–1 and 35.8 s–1, respectively, yielding a calculated KD value of 7.9 µM. The analyses of Kv3.1 tail current indicated that paroxetine did not affect ion selectivity and slowed its deactivation time course, resulting in a tail... -
Ardipusilloside-I stimulates gastrointestinal motility and phosphorylation of smooth muscle myosin by myosin light chain kinase

Ardipusilloside-I is a natural triterpenoid saponin, which was isolated from Ardisia pusilla A. DC. The aim of the study was to evaluate the stimulation of ardipusilloside-I on gastrointestinal motility in vitro and in vivo. The experiment of smooth muscle contraction directly monitored the contractions of the isolated jejunal segment (IJS) in different contractile states, and the effects of ardipusilloside-I on myosin were measured in the presence of Ca2+-calmodulin using the activities of 20... -
High glucose and palmitate increases bone morphogenic protein 4 expression in human endothelial cells

a proatherogenic marker, in endothelial cells and the potential role of BMP4 in diabetic vascular complications. To measure BMP4 expression, human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were exposed to high glucose concentrations and/ or PAL for 24 or 72 h, and the effects of these treatments on the expression levels of adhesion molecules and reactive oxygen species (ROS) were examined. BMP4 loss-of-function status was achieved via transfection of a BMP4-specific siRNA. High glucose levels... -
Phosphorylation of Akt Mediates Anti-Inflammatory Activity of 1-p-Coumaroyl β-D-Glucoside Against Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Inflammation in RAW264.7 Cells

Hydroxycinnamic acids have been reported to possess numerous pharmacological activities such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor properties. However, the biological activity of 1-p- coumaroyl β-D-glucoside (CG), a glucose ester derivative of p-coumaric acid, has not been clearly examined. The objective of this study is to elucidate the anti-inflammatory action of CG in lipopo-lysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage cells. In the present study, CG significantly suppressed... -
Flavone Attenuates Vascular Contractions by Inhibiting RhoA/Rho Kinase Pathway

1 (MYPT1) and the protein kinase C-potentiated inhibitory protein for heterotrimeric myosin light chain phophatase of 17-kDa (CPI17) by means of Western blot analysis. Flavone inhibited, not only vascular contractions induced by these contractors, but also the levels of MLC20 phosphorylation. Furthermore, flavone inhibited the activation of RhoA which had been induced by either U46619 or NaF. Incubation with flavone attenuated U46619- or NaF-induced phosphorylation of MYPT1Thr855 and CPI17Thr38,... -
Protective Effect of Defibrotide on Splanchnic Injury following Ischemia and Reperfusion in Rats

splanchic artery occlusion for 90 min followed by reperfusion of the mesenteric circulation resulted in a severe form of circulatory shock, characterized by endothelial dysfunction, severe hypotension, marked intestinal tissue injury, and a high mortality rate. The effect of defibrotide, a complex of single-stranded polydeoxyribonucleotides having antithrombotic effect, was investigated in a model of splanchnic artery occlusion (SAO) shock in urethane anesthetized rats. Occlusion of the superior... -
Open Channel Block of Kv3.1 Currents by Genistein, a Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor

to 40 mV, thus inducing a crossover phenomenon. These results suggest that drug unbinding is required before Kv3.1 channels can close. Genistein-induced block was voltage-dependent, increasing in the voltage range (20 mV∼0 mV) for channel opening, suggesting an open channel interaction. Genistein (20μM) produced use-dependent block of Kv3.1 at a stimulation frequency of 1 Hz. The voltage dependence of steady-state inactivation of Kv3.1 was not changed by 20μM genistein. Our... -

a substitute for gastric mucosal cells). The release of LTB4 from both neutrophils and Kato III cells was time and H. pylori-dose dependent. The maximum release of LTB4 was induced by neutrophils and Kato III cells when these cells incubated with H. pylori 4.8 X 108 cellsjml for 30min. But in the presence of rebamipide the release of LTB4 from these cells was suppressed in dose dependent manners. The release was completely suppressed at 1.0 mM of rebamipide in neutrophils and 2.0 mM of this drug...
