본 연구는 한국판 치매평가검사(K-DRS)의 표준화 과정에 서 제외되었던 고혈압환자 집단이 정상노인 집단들처럼 K-DRS의 규 준에 포함될 수 있는지를 검토하는 것이었다. 정상노인 집단 100명과 고혈압으로 병원에서 치료를 받고 있는 환자집단 105명을 대상으로 K-DRS를 실시한 결과 두 집단간에는 K-DRS의 총점이나 소검사 점 수들에서 전혀 차이가 없었다. 역시 K-DRS의 규준에 따라서 치매로 해석될 수 있는 경계점수 이하에 해당된 자들의 빈도에서도 집단간 차 이가 없었다. 따라서 K-DRS가 치매를 진단하는 유용한 평가도구라면... -
