본 연구는 식사대용으로 떡의 소비촉진과 대중화를 위해 서비스, 품질 향상, 상품개발에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 서울지역에 거주하는 20세 이상의 성인 남녀를 대상으로 식사대용으로 전통떡류를 이용하는 현황과 구매에 미치는 선택속성을 분석하였다. 조사는 2013년 9월 23부터 9월 30일까지 약 7일간에 진행되었고 250부의 유효한 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 인구통계학적 특성에서는 성별, 결혼, 연령대, 직업, 월평균 수입, 주거형태 등은 유의한 차이가 없었으나 대졸학력에서는 유의한 차이가 있었고... -
