본 연구는 한국 평생학습도시 정책의 모형과 운영실태를 살펴보고, 평생학습 도시 정책의 발전방향을 탐색하고 있다. 평생학습도시 정책 모형은 비전, 기 본관점, 목표와 방침, 추진체제를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 교육인적자원부에 의 해 평생학습도시로 선정된 지방자치단체는 2001년 광명시, 진안군, 유성구 등 3곳, 2002년 제주시, 부천시, 부산 해운대구 등 3곳, 2003년 서귀포시, 순천시, 안동시, 연수구, 거창군 5곳, 2004년 전주시, 관악구, 목포시, 칠곡군, 금산군 등 8곳으로 현재까지 19개 도시가 지정되어 어느 정도 정착해가고... -
