The 23 years old ROKA active enlisted man was evacuated to the 121st Evacuation U.S. Army Hospital for further treatment of facial injury due to the train accident on Nov. 25th 196× at St Jung Ri Korea. Since the patient was evacuated to this hospital treated the routine and the emergency. 1) Tracheactomy. 2) Transfusion the whole blood. 3) Oxygen inhalation. 4) Emergency medication. 5) Open reduction of the maxilla and the mondible. 6) Gastrostomy. 7) Appendectomy. 8) Laparatomy. Since he was admitted this hospital took several times of the operations under the general anesthesia. Patient was withstood and co-operated well with the surgeons and discharged with good condition after three months since he was admitted in the hospital.
