A case of osteopetrosis is reported. The Patient is 29 years old male with complaints of slight visual disturbance and medial deviation of the right eye since childhood. The blood examination was normal except for a slight diminution in hemoglobin and red hood cells. The funduscopic examination revealed central scotoma in the right side suggesting of an optic atrophy but normal in the left. An entire skeletal survey revealed generalized increase in bony densities with pathological fractures of the left 1st and 9th ribs, the left femur with solid union and left medial malleolus.
