2-Octadecylamino-4,6-dichloro-1, 3, 5-triazine (ODAT) consisting of long chain alkylamino group in chlorotriazine unclear was synthesized, as the basis of water-repellenting agent. It was mixed by ODAT with ${eta}$-naphthalene sulfonate-formaldehyde condensate (BNSF)-dispersing agent-and polyoxyethylene p-tert-butylphenol (PEBP)-emulsifying agent-to produce new type of water-repellenting agent. This new product, comparing with other water-repellenting agent, has been proved as excellent in the characteristios of the solubility in water and the effect of water repellency on fibers.
