한국인삼(韓國人蔘)의 뿌리중(中)의 ether가용성분중(可溶成分中)에서 불령화물(不齡化物)을 검출(檢出)한다음에 Thinlayer chomatography법(法)과 Gas liguid Chromatography법(法)에 의해서 Sterol의 성분(成分)을 검출(檢出)하였다. 그 결과인삼중(結果人蔘中)에서 stigmasterol이 반치폭법(半値幅法)에 의하면 15.39%. 그리고 planimetry법(法)에 의하면 13.92%이었고 ${eta}-Sitosterol$은 반치폭법(半値幅法)에 의하면 77.87% 그리고 planimetry법(法)에 의하면 82.72%로 가장 함량(含量)이 높았고 Campesterol은 반치폭법(半値幅法)에서는 6.74% 그리고 Planimetry법(法)에서는 4.36%가 됨을 알수 있다.
Korean ginseng sterols were obtained from the non-saponifiable matters of etherial extract of the root. The composition of sterols have been determined by gas liquid chromatography and thin-layer chromatographic analysis. The results showed that contents of sterols were ${eta}-sitosterol$, 77.87% by method of triangulation and 82.72% by methode of planimetry and stigmasterol,15.39% by methode of triangulation and 13.92% by methode of planimetry and campesterol, 6.74% by method of triangulation and 4.36% by methode of planimetry.
