Marfan syndrome which is complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare chance we can contact usually. There are many aspects of the clinical features in the Marfan syndrome such as ectopia lentis, cardiovascular anomalies, and skeletal anomalies. With the use of this paper, we report a rare case, Marfan syndrome complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax.[KTCS 1979;3:191-196]
