The role of radiology has steadily increased in importance in the diagnosis and management of abdominal trauma. This study was carried out to analyze the distribution of age, sex, chief complaint, types of trauma, findings of physical examination, findings of Simple abdomen, findings of IVP, findings of renal angiography, and findings of surgical operation in 101 cases of intrabdominal solid organ injuries in blunt abdominal trauma. The ratio of male to female was 2.4:1 and the incidence was most frequent in 1 and 4th decades. Majority of the incidence revealed traffic accident and commonly injured organs were kidney, spleen and liver, however, rupture of spleen showed most common single entity to require abdominal surgery. 76 cases(75.25%) showed abnormal findings on Simple abdomen and 41 cases(40%) revealed rib or spine damage combined. IVP informed the detail of structural and functional damage of kidney and renal angiography helped to understand the situation of renal vascular condition.
