A characteristic sonographic pattern that suggest a bowel lesion, called "Pseudokidney Sign" because it resembles the ultrasonic appearence of the kidney-echogenic core which represents mucus coated mucosa or bowel gas and sonolucent halo of bowl wall. The advantage of ultrasonography in bowel lesions are further evaluation of extraluminal extension and metastasie lesions to regional organs with ease. So, we analysed 21 cases shown "Pseudokidney Sign" by ultrasonography before barium study.before barium study.
