Bronchogenic cyst is a rare congenital or acquired disease which shows a large, smooth, round or ovalshaped soft tissue density without calcifications in the mediastinum or in the lung parenchyme on simple chest roentgenography. There has not been reported in the recent some years the case of bronchogenic cyst which coexisted in the mediastinum and lung parenchyme. We experienced a case of multiple locations of bronchogenic cysts in the mediastinum and lung parenchyme in a patient. The one was located in the superior and posterior mediastnum, and the other was located in the anterior segment of the right upper lobe.
