Hourglass GB, which means concentric narrowing of midportion of the GB resulting in almost complete separation of tow compartments, is not a common variaton of the shape of the GB, either congenital or acquired. Milk of calcium bile is characterized by the presence of radiopaque material within the GB sufficient to produce opacification of the GB like as oral choiecystogram on plain film. The combination of these two entities is extremely interesting and rare.We could not find out any such case previously reported. We experienced ohe case of hourglass GB associated with milk of calcium bile at fundal compartment, so report here.
