Radiologic and clinical findings of the 7 patients with Krukenberg tumor, of whom 5 whom 5 were proved to be Krukenberg tumor by histopathology and 2 thought by clinical and radiologic aspects, were reviewed retrospectively. RESULTS : 1. Of all seven caes, in 5, stomach is the primary site of the tumor, in 1, rectum is so, in the rest, [primary ovarian Krukenberg tumor is considered. 2. Ultrasonographic findings 1) Echopattern of the Krukenberg tumor has been reported as almost nearly total solid pattern on previous study, on our cases, reveals almost mixed echogenic, predominantly solid patern. 2) In amount of the cystic component, more half contain cystic component more than 20%. 3. All CT scans show lower level soft tissue density mass with multiple round cystic components on precontrast scan and strong contrast enhancement in solid portion.
