We report a case showing multiple widespread echogenic foci in ultrasonogram and multiple high density spots in computed tomogram in spleen which has congestive splenomegaly secondary due to liver cirrhosis and portal vein thrombosis. Pathologically the lesions in spleen correspond with mainly homosiderin in Gandy-Gamna nodules seen in congestive splenomegaly.
