A retrospective study was undertaken to assess the importance of ultrasound in the evaluation of scrotal trauma in 25 patients suffered from various types of trauma. Eleven patients were managed surgically and 14 patients were managed conservatively on the basis of ultrasound diagnosis. Ultrasound was valuable in the evalua-tion of the degree of injury and determination of early therapeutic modality for surgical or conservative man-ner. ultrasound is noninvasive convenient and also valuable in follow up study. ultrasound is considered the technique is choice in the initial evaluation of scrotal trauma.
