Chondrosarcoma are malignant cartilagenous tumors Which may infiltrate locally recur or metastasize. CT density of the tumor is variable depending on the amount of myxoid matrix. The authors experienced a case of chondrosarcoma with retroperitoneal metastasis which is presented as a cystic mass on CT due to myxoid component.
