Conjoined twins represent a rare congenital abnormality occurring at a frequency of 1:30,000 to 100,000 live births. Of the various forms of this condition cephalic conjoining or cranipagus compromises 6% of the total making the appearance of this disorder 0.6 per million births. In most cases of craniopagus twins surgical separation is attempted. Radiologic methods may be used in evaluating the site of contact between the two heads and relation of one brain to the other. A case of conjoined twins was delivered by caesarian section from a 24-years-old multiparous women at OB&GY Department Wonju Christian Hospital Gestation-al period was 29 weeks and both twins died after birth. We describe the radiologic investiga-tion of cranipagus twins partial type.
