This is a case of central giant cell granuloma(CGCG) in mandible. The CGCG occurs most commonly in children or young adults and has a predilection for females. It is more commonly in the anterior portion of mandible and often crosses the mandible. The clinical behavior of CGCG is variable ranges from a slow-growing, symptomatic radiolucency to an aggressive lesion that manifests its with pain, root resorption, and a curettage is appropriate therapy when there has been easier treatment failure by local tumor removal or rapid tumor expansion, or when tumor extensively unvades the jaw. Surgical resection of the lesion was performed by subtotal mandibulectomy, and immediate mandible reconstruction was performed by subtotal mandibulectomy, and immediate mandible reconstruction was done with A-O palte & polymethylmetha acrylate(Bone $Cement^(R)$)By follow up of the patient, we have been the good results of functional & esthetic reconstruction without any signs of recurrence of the lesion.
