Modern war is called as information war. So an Information Systems which operate hitech-weapon is evaluated important by the ARMY. As terrain analysis techniques we an essential element, computer-based terrain analysis techniques for the army are developed. This paper studies the method of tactical terrain analysis data base construction and presents cross-country mobility after analysis officer analysis overlayed terrain data. Also, Terrain information data base construction method is presented through this analysis, which planned a suitable plan of operations in order to mission accomplishment in normal times.
