짝수 차의 회절빔을 선택적으로 소거하여 짝수 개의 회절빔 어레이를 얻는 이진 위상 회절격자의 설계 방법을 제안하였고, 설계시 최적화 속도에 관여하는 상수 및 독립변수에 관하여 논하였다. 그리고 $1{ imes}2에서 1 imes}20$까지의 최적해를 구하였고, 그 실험 결과를 나타내었다.
We have developed an algorithm of designing the binary phase gratings for even-numbered spot arrays which selectively cancel or suppress the unwanted even orders. Principles and properties which control the speed of the optimization algorithm are presented, and the results of the designed gratings are illustrated up to $1{ imes}2에서 1 imes}20$ array.
