서을대학교 의과대학 기생충학교실 및 풍토병연구소1). 전남대학교 의과대학 병리학교실f) 요코가와흡충을 실험적으로 마우스(ICR)에 감염시키고 프레드니솔론을 주입하여 마우스의 면역 반응을 저하시킬 때 장의 병변과 충체 침입부위이 변화를 알아보기 위하여 이 연구를 시행하였다 ICR계 마우스를 비감염 대조군 요코가와흡충 감염군(마리당 피낭유충 1.800개 감염). 및 요코가와흡충 감염면역억제군으로 나누고 감염 후 6시간부터 3주까지 관찰하였다. 요코가와흡충 감염군에 있어서는 감염 1일까지 많은 충체가 장 절편내에서 발견되었고. 장 병변은 점막에 국한되어 있었다. 그러나 감염 3일 이후부터는 충체가 거의 발견되지 않았고. 1주 후에는 이미 장 병변이 회복되어 가는 양상을 보였다 한편 면역억제 따우스에 있어서는 감염군과는 달리 장 절편내에서 전기 간동안 충체가 발견되었고 감염이 오랫동안 유지되었다 염증 반응은 전 기간을 통해 미미하였고. 감염 3일까지 장 병변도 융모의 부종이나 상피층의 가벼운 위축 외에는 거의 관찰되지 알았다. 그러나 감염 5일째에는 마우스 십이지장 및 공장의 응모 및 장선이 매우 심하게 파괴되고 장벽으로부터 탈락되는 양상을 보였으며 이때 충체는 점막하 조직을 통과하고 거의 근육층까지 침입하여 장벽을 압박하고 있었다. 이러한 소견은 계속된 면역억제에도 불구하고 감염 7일부터 21일까지 점차 회복되는 양상을 보였다. 이상의 결과는 요코가와흡충을 면역억제 마우스에 감염시키면 짧은 가간 동안 장 점막의 심한 파괴가 일어나고 점막하층까지 충체가 침입할 수 있음을 나타내었다. 정확한 관찰이 가능하게 되었다.염복수액을 $95^{circ}C$에서 10분간 열처리하면 억제 효과가 소멸되었으며, 10% TCA로 침전시킨 후 상층액으로 처리하여도 억제효과가 소멸하였다. 따라서 톡소포자충 감염 마우스 복수액에 복수 림프구의 아세포화를 억제하는 물질이 존재하며 그 생체활성물질은 열에 약한 단백질이라고 판단하였다.를 적게 사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.고 생각한다.ran 투여 후 PB나 3-MC를 투여함으로써 carbofuran의 대사가 빠르게 이루어지고, 주 대사산물 중3-hydroxycarbofuran보다 독성 이 낮은 3-ketocarbofuran으로의 대사가 빠르게 이루어지기 때문에 carbofuran의 독성이 경감되어 쥐가 생존할 수 있는 것으로 판단된다.</TEX>시장젓갈${lrcorner}$에는 글루타민산, leucine, alanine, lysine의 4종류, ${ulcorner}$반찬젓갈${lrcorner}$에는 글루타민산, leucine, alanine의 3종류, ${ulcorner}$일본병조림젓갈${lrcorner}$은 글루타민산이 현저하게 많다.회하였다.ollowed fro all Sullungtang samples from Hanwoo. Metosonimus yokosawai was found deeply invaded into the submucosa of the small intestine of mice (ICR) when they were immunosuppressed by prednisolone injection. Experimental groups consisted of control, fluke infection (1,800 metacercariae per mouse) and fluke infection plus immunosuppression. In fluke infection group, many worms were found sectioned in the intervillous space of the jejunum and ileum at 6 hrs, 12 hrs, and 1 day after infection, and pathological changes characterized by villous atrophy and crypt hyperplasia were observed. After 3 days, only a few worms were found in intestinal sections, and after 7 days, the pathological changes became minimal. No worm was found penetrated beyond the mucosal layer. On the other hand, in immunosuppressed mice, numerous worms were found sectioned in the duodenum and jejunum, irrespective of the infection period up to 14 days. Pathological changes of the mucosa were minimal until 3 days after infection, but at 5 days marked destruction of the mucosal layer was observed. At this time many flukes were found invaded deeply into the submucosa facing the muscular layer. Despite continuous immunosuppression, the mucosal damage was gradually recovered at 7-21 days post-infection. The results showed that immunosuppression of ICR mice can induce, for a short perid of time, severe mucosal damage, and allow deep invasion of M. yokogcuwai into the submucosa of the small intestine.
