간에서 발생한 국한성 섬유성 중피종은 매우 드문 양성종양이다. 대개의 경우 우상 복부에서 촉지되는 커다란 간종괘로 나타나며 수술적 제거시 매우 양호한 예후를 갖는 것으 로 알려지고 있다. 국한성 섬유성 중피종은 조영증강 전산화단층촬영상 경계 명확하고 균일 한 조영증강을 보였으며, 혈관조영술상 과혈관성의 종괴로 나타났다. 최근 국한성 섬유성 중 피종 1예를 경험하였기에 전산화단층촬영, 혈관조영술상의 소견 및 병리학적 소견을 이미 보고된 증례들과 함께 고찰하고자 한다.
Localized fibrous mesothelioma of the liver is very rare benign tumor. It usually manifest large palpablehepatic mass in right upper quadrant area, and the prognosis is excellent by surgical resection. Contrast enhancedCT scan shows well defined hyperattenuating mass and celiac angiogram shows hypervascular mass. Recently weexperienced 1 case of localized fibrous mesothelioma of the liver, and we report CT and angiographic findings ofthis tumor.
