Surface roughness and span length and number of vehicles and vehicle speed and vehicle space are considered to simulation of stress hysterisis curve that is important factor of estimation on fatigue crack growth rate and remaining life of cracked member of steel bridge. Fatigue tests were carried out to evaluate possibility of application of AASHTO fatigue design guide to the web-stiffener weld detail using SWS 58 steel producted in Korea.
