Two sinapic acid esters were isolated from the methanol extract of Raphani Semen. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods $(^1H-NMR,;^{13}C-NMR,;HMQC,;^1H-^1H;COSY;and;HMBC)$ and were identified as methyl sinapate (1) and ${eta}-D-(3-O- sinapoyl)fructofuranosyl-{alpha}-D-(6-O-sinapoyl)glucopyranoside$ (2). Compound 1 was first isolated from the genus of Raphanus.
