본 연구에서는 무역환경이 새로운 패러다임으로 재편되고 있는 시점에서 국제물류산업이 어떻게 대처를 하여야 하고 무엇을 준비해야 하는 지를 제시하고 그 선진사례를 소개하며 종합적으로 그 대처방안을 도출하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 전자상거래와 관련되는 사안 중 현재 관심의 초점이 모아지고 있는 볼레로 프로젝트에 대한 현황을 살펴보고 그에 따른 문제점과 해결책을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다 한편 전세계적으로 국제물류산업에 관련되는 기업이나 유관기관들이 개혁적인 시대환경에 대응하기 위해서 어떠한 기술 투자를 하고 있는지 또는 그 문제점과 해결책에 대해서도 검토하고 논의하였다.
This study attempts to represent schemes to cope with the challenge of internet-based e-commerce. There are unexpectable changes in the international Logistics industry. First, Bolero project is introduced to exchange trade documents and data via the internet. It acts as a neutral third party to ensure secure delivery and receipt of information and provides a legal framework. Secondly a number of leading International logistics companies and constituent members have made an effort to establish the portal site to connect the constituent members concerning by the same cyber environment.
