Hydrate minerals are contain H$_2$O to offer a place for our health and life of living organism. I wish to present a hypothesis to explain the mechanism on which every living organism survives, gets sick and recovers again Hydrate minerals are the very prerequisite for all animals and the welfare of mankinds.
