전자자료의 조직에 기초가 되는 목록을 위해서는 서지기술의 준거가 되는 목록규칙과 자동화목록을 위한 MARC형식의 개발이 필수적이다. 이 연구는 전자자료의 특성 및 종류를 조사하고, AACR2R, NCR1994, ISBD(ER), KORMARC기술규칙 등의 목록규칙과 MARC21 ,OCLC-MARC, KORMARC 등의 MARC형식의 분석을 바탕으로 전자자료의 목록을 위한 KCR과 KORMARC의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
This paper aims to improve the KCR and KORMARC for the cataloging electronic resources. In this study, therefore, at first the characteristics and kinds of electronic resources were examined as the backgrounds. Then the cataloging rules (AACR2R NCR1994, ISBD(ER) and KORMARC Descriptive Rule) and the MARC formats (MARC21, OCLC-MARC and KORMARC) were analyzed. Finally, the improvements of KCR and KORMARC for the cataloging electronic resources were suggested.
