공학교육을 개선하기 위해서 명지대학교 공과대학에서는 4학년 재학생을 대상으로 공학교육 전반에 대한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 본 논문에서는 설문조사된 자료를 기초하여 공학교육 학습성과와 전공분야 설계 경험에 대한 재학생들의 만족도를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과에 의하면 공학교육 프로그램의 학습목표를 ABEEK 인증기준의 교육성과 기준에 맞게 재 설정 할 필요가 있으며, 설계 교육의 비중을 강화시키는 공학교육 혁신이 필요함을 알 수 있다.
An engineering educational survey for graduating seniors had been conducted in Myong Ji university to improve engineering program objectives, outcomes and curriculums. The collected data have been analyzed statistically based on 11 outcomes of the ABEEK accredited criteria to know how much students are satisfied with the current engineering education. The analysis results show that the current engineering educational objectives need to be modified to satisfy the ABEEK accredited criteria and engineering curriculum restructuring is necessary to include more design courses.
