The effects of drawing temperature and speed on the fine structure and properties of PBT films were investigated using WAXD, density, DSC, Rheovibron, TMA, tensile test, etc. It has been shown that $alpha$/$eta$-crystal components can be obtained in both high temperature and high speed drawn PBT films. Especially, WAXD equatorial profile results hale shown that the reflection observed at 2$ heta$= 16.8$^{circ}$and 22.40$^{circ}$are assigned to the (010) and (100) reflections of $eta$-crystal respectively, and that the reflection peak is sharper at higher drawing temperatures and speeds. This tendency agreed with the DSC thermograms results. Density decreased due to the conversion of the $alpha$-crystal (1.396g/㎤) to the lower density $eta$-crystal during the drawing process. The shrinkage decreased as the drawing temperature and the drawing speed increased. Initial modulus is increased at higher drawing temperature and speeds and maximum values were obtained at a drawing temperature of 18$0^{circ}C$ and speed of 500cm/min.
