The president of NSPE(2009-2010), Mr. Grossman had attended the The 3rd National Conference for Professional Engineers of Korea in accordance with the mutual agreement between KPEA and NSPE. He then, had a chance to present to our professional engineers about the licensure of professional engineers and engineering education of USA. The main contents of his presentation were introduction of the current situation of professional engineer system and needs to apply this licensure to the industry and education field, needs to strengthen the engineering education and needs to collaborate with Government in oder to open employment visa for foreign engineers. In the meantime, we should make use of this chance of engineer shortage in USA and let more Korean engineers work successfully in USA.
