Today, standards of the area calculation related to dwelling are subject to the housing act and the building codes. As a result, a space of same size in laws is different of large-scale relatively according to the application of the laws. Thus, this study is to figure out troubles incurred by the dualistic standard and to focused on unification to be connected with the standard. It is to reduce interference that the people has undergone and to decrease inefficient of correlated fields.
