CDS(Clinical Decision Supporting) 서비스는 검증한 임상가이드라인과 프로토콜을 임상 실무에 적용함으로써 의료의 질을 향상시키고, 비용을 절감할 수 있는 방법이다. CDS 서비스를 실무에 구현하기 위해서는 검증한 지식과 이를 실행할 수 있는 지식엔진이 필수적 컴포넌트이다. 본 논문에서는 상호운영성을 보장할 수 있는 SAGE 가이드라인 지식 실행을 위해 병원이 확보하고 있는 지식엔진과 연계할 수 있는 방법으로 지식 변환 방법을 제안하였다. 특정 지식엔진으로의 변환 컴포넌트를 구현하고, 임상현장에 적용한 후 적용 타당성을 확인하였다.
CDS(Clinical Decision Supporting) service is one way to improve the clinical quality and to reduce the medical costs by applying the clinical guidelines and protocols. Evidence-based knowledge and Knowledge engine are critical components for implementing the CDS services. In this paper, we suggested transformation methods of SAGE guidelines to knowledge engine which already belongs to hospital. To check the implementation feasibility and usability, we implemented knowledge converter for specific rule engine and applied to several guidelines in real clinical environment.
