본 연구에서는 심박수를 활용한 체력 측정 방법 및 운동 관리 알고리즘을 활용한 운동 이력관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 운동의 성과나 효과에 대한 과학적이고 체계적인 관리의 필요성으로 운동 모니터링 기기들은 기존에 이미 나와 있는 상태 이지만, 대부분의 제품들은 단순히 운동 정보(시간, 거리, 칼로리 소모량 등)를 표시하는 것이다. 이러한 이유로 운동 모니터링 기기의 효과에 대해 부정적인 인식이 팽배하며, 체력 향상 및 건강 증진을 위한 목적으로 기기를 사용하는 인구는 극히 드문 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단순한 모니터링 기능 뿐만 아니라 운동 처방과 같은 코칭 기능을 겸할 수 있는 보다 개선된 형태의 운동 모니터링 기기를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 체력 상태를 평가할 수 있는 산소섭취량 추정식을 사용자의 심박수를 이용하여 계산할 수 있도록 하였고, 체력 상태에 따라 자전거나 트레드밀과 같은 유산소 운동 기구에서 활용 가능한 운동 처방이나, 운동 관리 기능을 가진 시스템을 개발하였다. 현재 추정식의 유효성을 판단한 상태이며, 향후 연구를 통해 운동 이력 관리 시스템의 성능과 효용성에 대한 검증을 진행하고자 한다.
In this research we developed exercise history management system by using fitness index measurement and exercise management algorithm for heart beat. Instrument for exercise information monitoring developed to accord with the needs such as scientific and systematic results and effects of exercise. But, these just gave customers simple exercise information including time, distance. calories consumption. this reason caused negative image of exercise information monitoring device so that less people were using it for fitness and health promotion. hence, this study have been developed improved exercise information monitoring device with indigenous function and eating habits coaching as exercise program. it can assess physical condition for heart beat of customer using VO2 estimation equation and help people decide which sports would be better for there condition such as bike, treadmill and how to manage the strengthe and time of exercise following there condition. the effectiveness of estimation equation was confirmed. we are going to verify performance and efficiency of records management system.
