Purpose: This paper is aim to report the effects of Kamisoyosan-gamibang (加味逍遙散加味方) on the back pain patient who was diagmosed gan-ul(肝鬱) Methods: A Woman, 48 years old, who had back pain, was enrolled in this study. She received herbal medicine for several months. During the treatments, we requested her to visit hospital every two weeks. Results: After the treatments, back pain was decreased. Conclusion: This clinical case indicate that Kamisoyosan-gamibang is effective in treatment of menopausal disorder patient who had back pain. More clinical data and studies are requested for the treatment of menopausal disorder.
