The focus of this study is on colored plan of business street to improve urban environment, which was done through the exterior color of structures located around Seok-Chon Station. As concerns to improve the urban streetscape rise, various studies on the color design of urban facades are now taking place. One of the problems found is the exterior color of buildings around Seok-Chon Station as it did not form harmony between surrounding buildings and Seok-Chon Lake. For these reasons, this study will grasp the problems on business street and understand the importance of the exterior color of structure in the city. Another focus is to establish and propose appropriate colored plans to identify the characteristics of the area and to produce aesthetic and comfortable streetscape.
